Westmeath County Council intend to submit for LSSIF funding for a Mullingar Regional Sports Complex subject to attaining Part 8 Planning permission of this project. This consultancy service will inform a Concept Design for the area to include facilities and site layout. The Concept Design will be established from the design process including stakeholder engagement and financial analysis.
