- lot 1: security, guarding and surveillance in the buildings of the administrative city of Melun,

- lot 2: security, guarding and surveillance on the site of the prefecture of Seine-et-Marne, in Melun.

Including a main lump-sum portion whose service prices are derived from the DPGF and a part processed with purchase orders for additional services (according to the unit prices fixed in the financial appendix), the contract is therefore treated at mixed prices . The standing share has no minimum commitment or maximum commitment over the entire duration of the contract, including any renewals. As an indication and not a contractual one, the estimated amount of the contract share over the whole duration of the contract, renewals included, amounts to: 20 000 EUR HT.
