The target of the procurement is the ICT support and maintenance functions of the municipalities of Merikarvia, Pomarku and Siikainen.

The Service includes support and maintenance services related to server operating systems, workgroup applications, tool software and devices normally used by the municipality supported by the Service Provider or separately agreed with the Subscriber. The support service serves the user in typical questions related to the use of the terminal and the use of agreed office software. The support service is provided as a local or remote support service as needed. Service hours and service levels for support services are described below in this service description.

The Support Service does not support abnormal special services/software, the management of which cannot be assumed by the Service Provider. The service is provided at agreed times and in accordance with the agreed operating principles. Support services are not responsible for tasks related to the information content of the systems. The service and all documentation must be in Finnish.

This tender does not apply to hardware and software purchases. The customer is responsible for purchasing decisions on equipment and equipment services. The service provider takes care of the functionality of the equipment and equipment services as part of the ICT maintenance and support service. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the service description attached to the procurement documents.

Contract period: The service must be available from 1.6.2023, from which the actual contract period begins for 24 months, after which the contract continues until further notice.
