The subject of the contract is the provision of professional cleaning services in the facilities of the ZUS Branch in Bielsko-Biała and the Inspectorates in Cieszyn and Żywiec.

The subject of the contract is the provision of professional cleaning services in the facilities of the Social Insurance Institution, hereinafter referred to as the Institution. The service should be performed in an efficient, careful and timely manner, taking into account the needs reported by the users of the facilities. The cleaning service will include the following:

1) maintaining cleanliness in the facilities of the Plant;

2) maintaining the cleanliness of the outdoor area on the properties adjacent to the Facilities of the Plant;

3) washing windows in objects;

4) snow removal of roofs on objects;

5) the execution of disinfestation, disinfection and deratization;

6) cleaning gutters and revision of drain pipes from impurities and leaves;

7) change of bed linen in guest rooms.

The provision of cleaning services will take place in the following facilities located jn.:

1) The building of the ZUS Branch located in Bielsko-Biała at Krasińskiego 34, 36

2) The building of the ZUS Branch located in Bielsko-Biała at 2a Traugutta Street

3) Buildings of ZUS Inspectorates located in:

a) Cieszyn at 29 Bielska Street

b) Żywiec at 2 Piernikarska Street
