The subject of the order is the charter of the watercraft with the crew for two voyages to Svalbard in 2022, including:
1) transport of persons and cargo along the route: any seaport in the territory of the Republic of Poland — Svalbard — any seaport in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
2) transporting people and cargo on local routes in the territory of Svalbard.
1. The subject of the order is to charter the ship with the crew for two voyages to Svalbard in 2022, including:
1) transport of persons and cargo along the route: any seaport in the territory of the Republic of Poland — Svalbard — any seaport in the territory of the Republic of Poland;
2) transporting people and cargo on local routes in the territory of Svalbard.
2. Planned dates and duration of cruises:
1) Cruise I: June 2022 — about 23 days;
2) Cruise II: August/September 2022 — about 23 days.
Detailed routes and schedules of individual cruises will be subject to negotiations with the Contractors.
3. The order must be executed by means of a watercraft that meets the following requirements:
1) ice grade (ice reinforcement mark): not lower than L2 according to Polish Register of Ships classification (or equivalent ice grade according to classifications adopted in other countries);
2) meeting current requirements for navigation in Svalbard waters;
3) having at least 18 places at the disposal of the Ordering Party for the transport of persons during each of the voyages;
4) possession of tanks allowing the transport of at least 80.000 litres of diesel fuel left at the disposal of the Contracting Authority;
5) the possibility of transporting (at the disposal of the Ordering Party) at least 150 m3 cargo during each of the voyages, including:
(a) closed hold: at least 100 m3;
(b) refrigeration chamber: at least 5 m3;
c) deep freezing chamber: at least 3 m3;
6) possibility of transport:
a) 10-foot container;
(b) the Contracting Authority's tanks with 10,000 litres of gasoline;
7) possession of equipment allowing loading/unloading and transhipment in the open sea (including a lift with a maximum capacity of at least 2.5 t);
8) having a transport boat with the crew on the equipment of the ship.
4. The contracting authority, pursuant to Article 95 (1) of the Act, requires that activities belonging to the duties of persons included in the necessary crew of the vessel shall be carried out by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1162,) taking into account the minimum wage for work established on the basis of the Act of 10 October 2002 on the minimum wage for work (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2207), for the entire period of execution of the order.
