The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of municipal waste from properties remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Town and Municipality of Kórnik in 2024.
The subject of the Order is:
1) collection of the fractions of municipal waste listed in Chapter II, Section 10 of the OPZ, from properties remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Town and Municipality of Kórnik, as part of:
a) permanent collection of municipal waste, listed in Chapter V.1 of the OPZ, in the collection system at source (from property owners),
b) a mobile point of selective collection of municipal waste, listed in Chapter V(2) of the Municipal Waste Collection Act,
c) collection of expired medicines,
2) transport of collected municipal waste to the place of its collection (management), indicated by the Contracting Authority, and transfer of waste at the place of its collection (management),
3) providing, by providing property owners remaining in the municipal waste collection system organized by the Town and Municipality of Kórnik, with bags intended for depositing municipal waste, which is collected in a bag system,
(4) performance of services and obligations related to the services listed in points 1) – 3).
2. The Contractor is obliged to perform all services and obligations referred to in paragraph 1 in a manner that ensures proper performance of the indicated services, including the fulfilment of all obligations related to them, including those of an auxiliary or secondary nature. In particular, the Contractor is obliged to ensure the appropriate quality, including timeliness, of the provision of services, with the use of the required equipment and human resources.
