The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for the needs of WSzW in Gorzów Wlkp. Sp. z o.o. The Contracting Authority divided the contract into two parts:
Package No. 1: Purchase of electricity;
Package No. 2: Purchase and resale of electricity;
The Contracting Authority, the Multi-Specialty Provincial Hospital in Gorzów Wlkp., is an entity providing health care services financed from public funds.
Purchasing electricityThe subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity with a total estimated volume of 1,294.00 MWh in the period from the date of signing the agreement (but not earlier than from 01.02.2024) to 31.01.2025. The above data are indicative. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the Contracting Authority's failure to consume the forecasted amount of electricity. The subject of the contract does not include distribution services. The Contractor will be obliged to notify the Contracting Authority (Customer) of the electricity sale agreement on behalf of itself and the Contracting Authority (Customer) to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Contractor will report the points of consumption only on the basis of the data provided by the Contracting Authority (after concluding the electricity sale agreement) for the change of the supplier. In order for deliveries to start on the specified date, the customer must have successfully completed the procedure of changing the supplier, have a valid contract for the provision of electricity distribution services and effectively terminate/expire the existing contract for the sale of electricity.
Purchase and resale of electricityThe subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity with a total estimated volume of 300.00 MWh in the period from the date of signing the agreement (but not earlier than from 01.02.2024) to 31.01.2025 and the resale of energy generated in high-efficiency gas cogeneration and not used (about 600 MWh per year). The above data are indicative. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the Contracting Authority's failure to consume the forecasted amount of electricity. The subject of the contract does not include distribution services. The Contractor will be obliged to notify the Contracting Authority (Customer) of the electricity sale agreement on behalf of itself and the Contracting Authority (Customer) to the relevant DSO in accordance with the applicable regulations. The Contractor shall notify the point of consumption only on the basis of the data provided by the Contracting Authority (after concluding the electricity sale agreement) to change the supplier. In order for deliveries to start on the specified date, the customer must have successfully completed the procedure of changing the supplier, have a valid contract for the provision of electricity distribution services and effectively terminate/expire the existing contract for the sale of electricity.
The Contracting Authority holds a concession for the generation of electricity.
The Contracting Authority envisages concluding a contract with the Contractor, whose offer will be selected, for the resale and balancing of energy generated in high-efficiency gas cogeneration and unused (approximately 600 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the entire supply period. At the same time, the Contracting Authority agrees to conclude this agreement on the Contractor's template.
