1. The object of the order is:

1) Stage I – preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, i.e. execution of design works, covering the scope of planned construction works, in accordance with the scope of the subject of the contract and described in the functional and utility program (constituting annexes to the description of the subject of the contract) along with obtaining all necessary opinions, arrangements and permits, including notification of the intention to perform construction works or decision on a building permit, if required, and the scope of work indicated below.

2) Stage II - execution of construction works resulting from the functional and utility program, in accordance with the design documentation developed and accepted by the Employer, and:

a) geodetic service, including as-built inventory (applies to cases required by law),

(...), and other necessary works to guarantee the proper execution of the second stage. C.d. in SWZ.

2.5. Stage I of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

a) Obtaining the necessary materials,

b) Performing surveys, including geotechnical surveys),

c) Preparation of construction and executive designs as well as technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works in accordance with the requirements contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the detailed scope and form of design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the functional and utility program (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 2454).

Preparation of design and cost estimate documentation (also in electronic version - on a DVD with data carriers in pdf format - in the amount of 1 copies), hereinafter referred to in the contract as design and cost estimate documentation covering in particular:

a) design documentation (construction project covering all industries) - in the amount of 5 copies in paper version,

b) bill of quantities and investor's cost estimate – in the amount of 2 copies in paper version,

c) Technical Specification of Execution and Acceptance of Works – in the amount of 1 copy in paper version,

d) Agreeing with the Ordering Party on the final version of the construction project,

e) Obtaining a water permit

f) Obtaining an environmental decision,

g) Obtaining a building permit and/or notification of works and all necessary: arrangements, opinions, permits and consents resulting from applicable regulations,

h) Obtaining the consents of the owners of plots when, as a result of the adopted design solutions, the investment will go beyond the Investor's plots and will interfere with private plots – in the case of a building permit,

i) Preparation and obtaining decisions and provisions necessary to carry out the investment under the ZRID procedure: obtaining consent for the implementation of a road investment – Act

of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads,

j) Preparation of projects of division of real estate for the purpose of investment implementation

based on ZRID – Act of 10 April 2003 on special rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads

k) Exercising author's supervision as part of the completed projects,

l) Other necessary works necessary for the proper performance of Stage I of the subject of the contract

3. Stage II of the subject of the contract shall include in particular:

a) Extension of the district road DP0832T on a section of approx. 1.17 km with intersections,

b) Construction and extension of a municipal road DG003732T on a section of approx. 0.78 km with a crossing,

c) Construction of exits,

d) Construction of a road for pedestrians and bicycles 1.5 km long and a pedestrian road 0.050 km long,

e) Construction of bus bays with a pedestrian crossing,

f) Construction and reconstruction of exits,

g) Implementation of vertical and horizontal markings together with traffic safety elements and BRD devices,

h) Implementation of the technological channel,

i) Reconstruction and protection of existing utilities networks,

j) Construction of 2 bus bays with stops and two bus shelters,

k) Felling of greenery colliding with the investment,

(l) plantings,

m) Construction of new roads along with entrances to individual investment areas,

n) Execution of roadside drainage ditches,

o) Installation of street lighting,

p) Installation of land drainage,

q) Construction of land development along with the construction of a complex of two cubature buildings: administrative in order to maintain investment areas and warehouse and garage with social facilities and, (...)

v) Reconstruction and extension of the existing railway siding owned by Grupa Azoty S.A. in order to ensure access to railway infrastructure of the investment areas of the Staszów Economic Area in Grzybów,
