The scope of this tender includes the design, manufacture, testing, transportation and installation of two shunt reactors 110kV - 50 Mvar and/or two series reactors 110kV, 6 Ohm and/or two C-type filter installations 110kV, 50 Mvar.

This call for tender shall consist of the following stages: Selection phase (submission of tenderer's application); Selection evaluation phase (evaluation of tenderer's application);Offer phase (submission of tenderer's initial bid); Negotiation meetings; BAFO phase (submission of tenderer's Best And Final Offer). Awarding phase (sending out awarding letters followed by stand-still period)

For lot 1 (shunt reactors) Selection phase is not applicable, Tender Qualification System (TQS) applicable, only qualified suppliers can bid.
