The Research Council of Norway, c/o the Managing Director's staff has implemented a negotiated tender contest in connection with an agreement for assistance for implementation of 3 thematically foresight processes. The 3 foresight processes shall be implemented for the following superior themes; digitalisation, innovation in public sector, and the market opportunities related to climatic challenges.

The objective of the agreement is dual:

— Preparation of an improved knowledge base for our research political consultancy and our financing function for these areas,

— Development of internal competence for use in, and implementation of, foresight methodology for planning purposes.
