The Council is seeking a Contractor to provide a residual waste treatment and disposal service and to provide a delivery point to receive contract waste within the borders of Thurrock and within 7 mile radius of the Oliver close Depot, West Thurrock.The Council is seeking a price per tonne for the treatment of the contract waste, however, the Council is not seeking any income share from any materials recovered or sold as a result of the treatment and is therefore expecting the Contractor to take this into account in offering the most competitive price per tonne for the treatment of contract waste.Please refer to the Specification for full details of the service requirements.
