The subject of the contract is the execution by the Contractor of the factory delivery of a new wheel loader for the plant/installation in Dylowie, Spajęczno.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of the factory delivery of a new wheel loader to the plant/installation in Dylowie, Spajęczno.

2. The scope of work must be carried out on the basis of the contract and its annexes, i.e.:

(a) the Contractor's offer — Annex No 1 to the contract;

(b) the description of the object of the contract — Annex 2 to the contract.

3. The scope of the contract referred to in point 2 shall include:

(a) the Contractor's delivery and unloading of a new wheeled loader, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(b) performance by the Contractor of the commissioning and carrying out factory performance tests of the new wheeled loader, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(c) the Contractor's training of the Ordering Crew on the operation and service of the supplied machine at the plant in Dylowie, gm. Spajęczno, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(d) the provision by the Contractor of post-built documentation, based on the documents listed in point 3;

(e) the Contractor's performance of other obligations necessary for the proper performance of the subject of the contract, based on the documents listed in point 3.
