The subject of the contract is the service of performing the function of the Contract Engineer over the implementation of construction works entitled "Construction and reconstruction of existing road sections along the southern bypass of the City of Słupsk" as part of the investment task entitled "Continuation of the construction of the "City Ring" in Słupsk". Construction works will be carried out on the basis of design documentation entitled "Construction of a new connection of national road No. 21 with provincial road No. 210 (along Słoneczna Street, Rybacka Street and Leśna Street)". The scope of the investment consists of roads/streets of the main, collective, local and access classes, with a total length of approx. 6 km, including class G of approx. 5 km, along with the construction / reconstruction of the engineering utilities network.

1. The subject of the contract shall, in particular, include:

1) managing the construction process at the stage of its implementation in order to effectively enforce from the contractor of construction works compliance with the requirements regarding the quality of materials used and execution of works, implementation costs and performance of the task based on design documentation in accordance with the issued decision permitting the implementation of the road investment, relevant legal and technical regulations, within the deadline set in the contract with the contractor, in order to achieve the objective which the undertaking is intended to serve,

2) performing comprehensive investor's multi-branch supervision in accordance with the law (in particular the Act of 7 July 1994, Construction Law) and the provisions of the decision permitting the implementation of a road investment along with the control of the financial settlement of the investment,

3) cooperation with the Contracting Authority and undertaking activities for its benefit during the implementation of construction works by issuing orders, decisions, opinions, consents, approvals and applications for the Contractor,

4) supporting the Contracting Authority in all technical, administrative and financial activities related to the implementation of the task,

5) conducting activities during the period of quality guarantee and warranty granted by the Contractor of construction works,

6) The Contract Engineer is obliged to perform his function with due diligence for the interest of the Contracting Authority so that the investment is carried out on time, correctly, ensuring long-term, effective and safe use of the resulting infrastructure,

7. the scope of construction works to be supervised shall include in particular works:

a) road industry with greenery,

b) bridge industry,

(c) the sanitary industry,

d) the energy industry,

e) telecommunication industry,

f) geotechniczne,

(g) and any other accompanying work necessary for the performance of the task
