The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy intends to award an IT service contract for the continued operation of SAP Jam's existing collaboration platform in the funding priority “SME Digital”. The contractor should provide the necessary licenses and be responsible for the technical support of the platform. The contractor provides the BMWi and the users of the platform with training material if required. In addition, the BMWi is to be supported in enabling and strengthening collaborations with the help of the platform (if necessary, with specific user-friendly implementation ideas for newly planned networking activities). The contractor should also make all documentation necessary for the further development and operation of the cooperation platform and its contents available to the BMWi in electronic form.

The service is advertised for the basic term 01.01.2022 - 31.12.2024 and includes a one-time extension option by 2 years until 31.12.2026.

The estimated order value is around €75,000.00 excluding VAT annually. The estimate of the total order value given below is based on an annual average of €75,000.00 excluding VAT x 5 years total term (3 years base term plus 2 years contract extension option).
