Asker municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with housing module suppliers for a period of 2 years, with an option for a 1 + 1 year extension. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with a maximum of 3 suppliers (tenderers). The suppliers shall have the total responsibility for the delivery and assembly of modules above the foundations.

The basic module is planned to be used in a total of approx. 32 module based houses during the next 2 years, in total the estimated need is for approx. 50-60 module based houses in different projects during the next 4 years without this number of units being binding.
