- the purpose of the contract is the supply of telecommunications services with the limited supply of accessories for the needs of the city and will be performed on all of its sites; the services are detailed in the CCTP;

- duration: each lot takes effect from the date of notification which marks the start of the transition period between old and new holders for a maximum period of six months;

- the contractual expiry date of the deployment period from the issue of 1 er order form for each lot marks the start of the execution of the contract by the new holder for a period of two years renewable tacitly once two years according to the terms of the CCAP optional tranche not applicable procedure: open invitation to tender;

- estimate - annual average over the last four years in EUR (inclusive of tax):

—— lot 1: 55,000;

—— lot 2: 50,000;

—— lot 3 60,000;

—— lot 4 15,000.

- the contract is a single-award framework agreement concluded without minimum and without maximum executed with purchase orders.

Provision of access to the public network:

- analog access - access for two to twelve simultaneous calls (of the “basic access, T0” type) routing of telephone traffic:

—— incoming from all sources;

—— outgoing to local, national, mobile and international;

—— outgoing to special numbers and emergency numbers.

Mobile phone services:

- routing of incoming and outgoing calls;

- exchange of data-terminals, accessories without exclusivity of the holder on the supply of these.

- site interconnection services;

- centralized internet access services;

- fixed telephony over IP of the main sites.

- Internet access services at unsecured speed.
