Newham College of Further Education ("The College") wishes to appoint a strategic property adviser ("SPA") to provide a "one-stop-shop" professional service comprising: a comprehensive review of the College's accomodation strategy; identification of and advice on the feasibility of development options; advice on negotiations with third parties; and provision of plans and proposals relating to the implementation and financing of capital projects.
