Expressions of interest are requested for the supply, installation and maintenance of an Integrated Communications Control System to replace the Forces existing system.

ICCS is required at two sites:

1. Force Control Room.

2. Resilient Force Control Room who receive emergency/101 and Switch Board Calls.

It is the intention to review all potential ICCS options, one of which will include operating the FCR in a ‘remote seat' scenario as the FCR Operators will, in the near future, be relocated 12 miles from the existing data centre facility and the proposed solution must be able to support this requirement

The Force is currently in the process of reviewing/implementing a number of new systems one area under review is the implementation of a VOIP solution, therefore it is an essential requirement that ICCS shall be compatible with VOIP
