To diagnose defects, carry out routine regular safety checks and inspections and regular servicing, response servicing, maintenance, on demand repairs, provision of equipment details, maintenance records and testing and the issue of routine safety checks to all properties.

The properties are generally situated throughout the Trust's geographical area of operation covering Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Essex.

Regular servicing, safety check and ad-hoc repair of vehicle bay doors the contract is to provide:

— regular service and routine maintenance,

— breakdowns,

— emergency call-out.
