- Technical building equipment (TGA) - MEP specialist planning, plant groups 410-480 & engineering structures 550 (LPH 1-9 according to HOAI 2021)

- Fire protection planning (LPH 1-8 according to AHO 2015);

- Building physics: room acoustics, sound insulation, thermal insulation and energy balancing, moisture protection (LPH 1-7 according to HOAI 2021)

- Necessary civil engineering planning.

In particular, all planning services must include timber construction planning - a special technical consideration of the requirements of timber construction. In addition, the object of the property planning also includes the necessary civil engineering planning.
