the purpose of this consultation is to choose project managers for project management missions relating to classified or registered historical monuments in the city of Nevers
The consultation will give rise to a multi-award framework agreement, concluded with a maximum of 3 holders per lot subject to a sufficient number of applications and offers in accordance with the conditions of consultation and the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-7 and R. 2162-10 of the Public Procurement Code and within the limit of a maximum amount per lot. This Framework Agreement shall be concluded from its notification for a firm period of 4 years
