The subject of the Order are construction works consisting in the execution of stage VI of the construction of the Primary School in Mysłakowice on the plot No. 618/33 precinct 0009 Mysłakowice, including:

• implementation of a complete boiler room technology and room B015 enabling heating, ventilation, supply in the building's media in axes from B.10-D.13 (segments II-part, III, IV and V);

• complete internal finishing in the boiler room and room B015;

• Execution of complete internal installations for the part of the building described by axes from B10 to C17;

• Execution of a complete internal finish for parts of the building described by axes from B10 to C17;

NOTE: the order does not include:

1. installation of heat pumps, the order covers only the execution of exits from the boiler room for connecting external heat pump units;

2. rainwater recovery system,

3. kitchen technology;

a) Execution of a complete internal finish for the part of the building described by axes from B10 to C17; including in particular:

- execution of floor cladding with plinths, including stair cladding;

- execution of all suspended ceilings, enclosures with revisions and installation infrastructure;

- execution of paint coatings of walls, including impregnation of concrete coatings;

- execution of wall cladding, including pasted mirrors;

- execution of locksmel/interior door joinery together with equipment;

- the execution of the walls of sanitary booths;

- supply of sanitary and hygienic room equipment

- delivery and installation of “white assembly” of sanitary equipment together with batteries;

- supply and installation of sanitary equipment;

- execution of visual information of the building;

- execution of technical stairs;

- execution of stair railings;

- the execution of interior sills;

b) Complete internal finishing of the boiler room and room B.015:

- execution of all ceilings, enclosures along with revisions and installation infrastructure;

- execution of paint coatings of walls, including impregnation of concrete coatings;

- execution of locksmel/interior door joinery together with equipment;

- execution of visual information of the building;

- the execution of interior sills;

Sanitary installations — building

c) implementation of a complete boiler room technology and room B.015 enabling heating, ventilation, supply in the building media in axes from B.10-D.13 (segments II-part, III, IV and V) and:

- Buffer and hot water tank (with electric heater) as well as controllers and automation of heat pumps, which will allow you to control the cascade system of gas boilers without subsequent modifications.

d) execution of a complete internal installation of cold and hot water and circulation of the building in axes B.10 to C.17;

e) execution of internal fire protection water installation. together with hydrant boxes with a hose, covering the equipment and protection of the entire facility;

f) execution of internal sanitary sewage system of the building in axes B.10 to C.17;

(g) internal mechanical ventilation system in axes B.10 to C.17;

Electrical Installations — Building

h) Installation of switchgear: 1.T.1, 1.T.2, 1.T.3, 0.T.2, 0.T.3, O.T.5, T.K, T.W.3, T.W.4, T.W.5, including installation of power lines for the switchgear;

i) Installation of internal installations between axes B10-C017;

1. Installation of plug sockets, power outlets;

2. Installation of basic and emergency lighting;

3. Installation of sound system with rack cabinet SZ1, SZ3;

4. SSWIN installation, CCTV installation for the entire façade of the building;

5. LAN installation with a rack cabinet, including: LPD1, LPD3, GPD;

6. Installation of cable trays;

7. Emergency lighting for the entire façade, i.e. above all entrance doors to the building;

8. Installation of equalization connections

9. Wiring of roller shutter installations with control devices allowing for compatible functioning within the existing system with the management part located in the "V" segment of the facility

j) Installation of a complete installation of gravity smoke extraction of staircases with power supply for parts of building III and IV;

k) execution of a complete electrical and teletechnical installation in the boiler room and in room B.015
