The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a service provider responsible for ensuring the security of the main site of the Centre Hospitalier Édouard Toulouse, as well as an extra-hospital structure (Cmp/Hdj Pressensé), through surveillance and security services, but also all the out-of-hospital structures of the hospital center for services to remove doubts. The services must ensure the safety of people and property:- the intramural site of the Edouard Toulouse Hospital Centre (buildings and outdoor spaces);- the Pressensé out-of-hospital structure (premises and enclosed outdoor car park);- all the out-of-hospital structures of the hospital centre (no doubts). In addition, the holder of the public contract will have to provide the following services:- guarding and surveillance;- intervention against malice and intrusion;- participation in the monitoring and prevention of fire risk
