The subject of the contract consists of the provision of a banking service consisting in granting a long-term loan in 2023 in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 (in words: seven million 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Oleśnica.

The subject of the contract consists of the provision of a banking service consisting in granting a long-term loan in 2023 in the amount of PLN 7,000,000.00 (in words: seven million 00/100) to finance the planned budget deficit of the Municipality of Oleśnica. 1. Loan amount – PLN 7,000,000.00 (in words: seven million 00/100) 2. Loan usage period: from the day after signing the contract until 31.12.2023 3. Provision of credit: based on each instruction of the Municipality of Oleśnica. 4. Grace period for loan repayment: 31.03.2024 5. Repayment of the loan according to the schedule. 6. Interest repayment: in monthly installments starting from the month in which the loan will be launched. 7. Loan security: blank promissory note with a promissory note declaration. 8. The blank promissory note and bill of exchange declaration shall be countersigned by the Municipal Treasurer. 9. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use part of the granted credit and the right to early repayment of the loan. 10. The Ordering Party allows the application of interest rate on the loan. Other fees or commissions, e.g. preparation commission, commitment commission, commission for early repayment of the loan are unacceptable.
