The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement regarding annual main inspections of the playgrounds of the schools in Oslo.

The assignment includes annual safety and condition assessments for approx. 130 schools/nurseries with play and activities facilities, safety and condition assessment of new/renovated play and activities facilities, first response in case of accidents and registration and risk assessments of outdoor artworks.

The contracting authority emphasises that the inspection must be conducted as an ‘independent inspection’. The contract includes requirements regarding the service provider's independency.
