This data collection concerns the collection of data among branches of companies in the Netherlands with five or more employees, regarding the nature and size of the company, aspects of personnel policy, etc. In short, the Assignment is: to carry out fieldwork among companies via computer-controlled telephone interviews and via an internet questionnaire, leading to a high-quality database that meets the guidelines and criteria described in the Descriptive document and the Program of Requirements (Appendix 1 to the Descriptive Document).
