The subject of the Contract is the DEVELOPMENT OF DESIGN DOCUMENTATION ALONG WITH THE EXECUTION OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS AS PART OF THE PROJECT ENTITLED: "REVITALIZATION OF LINE NO. 275 ON THE BIENIÓW – LUBSKO SECTION ALONG WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF STOPS IN THE TOWNS OF BUDZIECHÓW, JASIEŃ AND BIESZKÓW" IMPLEMENTED AS PART OF THE PROGRAM OF SUPPLEMENTING LOCAL AND REGIONAL RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE KOLEJ+ UNTIL 2029". A detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract can be found in Volume III of this Terms of Use ("PFU").
2.1 The subject of the Contract is the execution of the following elements: Development of design documentation along with the execution of construction works as part of the project entitled: "Revitalization of line No. 275 on the Bieniów – Lubsko section along with the construction of stops in the towns of Budziechów, Jasień and Bieszków" implemented as part of the Program for Supplementing Local and Regional Railway Infrastructure Kolej+ until 2029".
The entire subject of the Order includes the implementation of the following elements:
1) Design documentation, including:
(a) the construction project together with the fulfilment of copyright supervision,
(b) obtaining a construction permit and other necessary administrative decisions,
(c) the development of an implementation project,
(d) the development of post-built documentation, including surveying post-built documentation,
2) and works within the ranges of:
(a) pavement and undertrack,
(b) railway traffic control equipment (srk),
(c) telecommunications equipment and systems,
(d) electrical equipment and systems up to 1 kV,
(e) engineering facilities,
f) platforms and cubature facilities,
(g) roads, passages and crossings,
h) geology.
3) works consisting in the construction of facilities for environmental protection.
(4) carrying out the conformity assessment process of structural subsystems
in the scope covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction
and final trials of the subsystem) and the transmission of relevant EC verification declarations and EC verification certificates for subsystems.
