the purpose of this contract is the printing, transport and delivery of the municipal newspaper (item 1) and occasionally other paperback products or leaflets (item 2) of the municipality of Joinville-Le-Pont. This is a framework agreement carried out with purchase orders for item 1 and subsequent contracts for item 2, with a total annual minimum of 25,000 euros excluding VAT and an annual maximum of 100,000 euros (excl. tax). The contract is concluded for one year tacitly renewable three times a year

the contract includes all the tasks necessary for the proper execution of the services: preparation of the BAT, printing, transport and delivery of the products ordered. It consists of 2 items:- item 1: recurring service for the printing of the municipal paperback newspaper (between 8 to 12 issues per year).- Item 2: One-off services, including possible orders of paperback products of various formats as well as leaflets, in particular for the annual brochure of the cultural season
