The target of the procurement is outdoor cleaning and winter maintenance services in locations owned and managed by Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd and Helsinki City Transport Enterprise. The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions:

Subdivision 1. Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd properties

Subdivision 2. Helsinki City Transport Enterprise's destinations

The bidder must include prices for all sites in both areas. The bids will be compared on the basis of the combined total benchmark prices of these areas and the quality factors to which the tenderer commits for both areas. The comparison of tenders is explained in more detail in the section Criteria of the object of procurement of this Invitation to tender and in Appendix 5 to the Invitation to tender.

Separate procurement agreements will be made for the sites in sub-areas 1 and 2, so that the procurement agreement for sub-area 1 will be concluded with Metropolitan Area Urban Transport Ltd and the procurement agreement for sub-area 2 with the Helsinki City Transport Enterprise. Contracts are made with the same Service Provider.

The agreement seeks one (1) Service Provider to be responsible for the output of the service procured for the sub-areas. The contractual period of the framework agreement is two (2) + two (2) years. The option option is two (2) years so that it can be redeemed separately by separate decision.
