The main contract offered includes the renovation of 21 multi-storey blocks, 35 cluster houses (7 clusters) and 9 detached Z-houses, as well as the total conversion of 15 cluster houses (3 clusters) and 11 detached Z-houses into accessible housing.

The main contract offered shall comprise:

Renovation of 21 apartment blocks, including new building envelope, new balconies, interior ventilation works, new kitchens and close landscape works.

Renovation of 35 cluster houses (7 clusters), including new building envelope, interior installations, new floors, new kitchens and close landscape works.

Total conversion of 15 cluster houses (3 clusters) into accessible housing, including new building envelope, interior installations, new floors, new bathrooms, new kitchens and close landscape works.

Renovation of 9 detached Z-houses, including new building envelope, interior installations, new floors, new kitchens and close landscape works.

Total conversion of 11 detached Z-houses into accessible housing, including new building envelope, interior installations, new floors, new bathrooms, new kitchens and close landscape works.

Landscape works, including new supplementary paths and renovation of sewer and district heating pipes.
