The Southern Partnership PEACE III Phase 2 Programme would like to invite mediator/ facilitator/ trainer/ community worker applicants for inclusion on a restrictive list, through this PQQ process.

Newry and Mourne District Council, as lead Council for the Southern Partnership of Peace III, Phase 2 wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement for use by itself and its partner authorities, namely Armagh City & District Council, Banbridge District Council and Craigavon Borough Council.

The signed and completed PQQ will serve as the request to participate in the tender for a Framework Agreement for the Southern Partnership of Peace III, Phase 2(www.southernpartnership.com). Prospective candidates will be selected from the Pre-Qualification submission and will be invited to take part in mini competitions as the requirement arises. These mini competitions may be processed by any of the four partner authorities for one of more of the partner authorities disclosed.
