Contract to provide Cleaning Services for Public Offices, Sheltered Housing Schemes and Hostels. The contract does not include internal or external window cleaning.

The contract will start on the 1.4.2017 and be awarded for an initial 2 year period with the option to extend for a further 4 x 1 year periods to a maximum term of 6 years. The Contract is to provide Cleaning Services for the Public Office Buildings, Sheltered Housing and Hostel schemes. This tender is divided into 4 lots based on building use and location (East and West of the river Arun).
