The project concerns the rehabilitation of the VENUS building (1977), which is in a high state of dilapidation.
The project management mission consists of carrying out the rehabilitation:
- Complete from the inside according to a new occupancy program
- Roofs and facades
- Terraces
- the surroundings of the building
The building will be used to house the works council, meeting and reception rooms, exhibition area, rest areas, activities, relaxation, meetings (classic and informal), herbal tea room, launch observation site, etc. etc. The project manager will have to be a force of proposal in the interior and exterior design of these various spaces.
The work is on an unoccupied site. They will be specified in the Programme, which will be sent to the successful applicants at a later date. The program contains the functional and technical requirements for this operation, as well as energy and environmental performance requirements.
The project is the subject of a BIMGEM approach
The services expected (over a period of 45 months, including Guarantee of Perfect Completion) within the framework of this call for tenders are as follows:
Full project management missions:
- Deliverables in the DIAG-ESQ/APS/APD/PC/PRO/AMT phase (design)
- Deliverables in the SYNTHESIS/VISA/DET/AOR phase (realization)
- Deliverables during the GPA period (guarantee of perfect completion)

The estimated overall cost of the works is €2.2 million.
