The purpose of this contract is for the R-GDS Group's Voice Data Internet telecommunications services.

The current "fixed telephony" perimeter of R-GDS is described below: - Number of SDAs = 439 - Number of active SIP channels = 30 - Number of Digitized accesses T0 = 6 (currently being deleted) - Number of LRA accesses = 3, fax, ADSL supports, ...- A service allowing the dissemination of multichannel information to its customers and partners (email, voice, SMS, etc.) with in particular the possibility of using a function allowing the conversion Mail to SMS.- A service of "automatic" redirection of number via calendar of execution Outgoing calls are mainly to local, national and mobile destinations. Internet access is via two FTTO connections (PDH site and RDD site) provided by Orange, 4Mb/s (SIP) configured in "active / active" mode. These 2 accesses benefit from a GTR 4H contract in 24/7.

These 2 accesses benefit from a GTR 4H contract in 24/7. Firewall functions are provided "in-house" by R-GDS through the use of Sophos XG firewalls. R-GDS has also subscribed to fifteen Internet accesses of ADSL and FFTH technologies for various applications on different sites. R-GDS has additional services subscribed to with existing operators or service providers: - Domain name management service - Provision of permanent public IP addresses - Site supervision

R-GDS uses 360 M2M lines. These are associated with applications of remote reading, supervision, meter communicating with possibility of operation in 2 directions (interrogation and transmission).

R-GDS has about 440 mobile lines. The fleet of RGDS terminals is mainly composed of Samsung Galaxy A33, Samsung Galaxy S23, Zebra TC57 smartphones and various devices, alarms or reboot kits.
