The European X-Ray Free-Electron Laser Facility GmbH is building the European X-ray laser XFEL on the company premises (BG) Bahrenfeld, Osdorfer Born and Schenefeld. A new XHO office building with approx. 200 workplaces is to be built on the company premises in Schenefeld. The building is 3-storey + basement and has external dimensions of approx. L x W x H of 62.0 x 14.5 x 15.5 m. The shell is mainly a reinforced concrete structure.

- approx. 750 m² waterproofing against soil moisture

- Approx. 880 m² insulation

- Approx. 900m² footfall sound insulation

- Approx. 750m² cement screed CT-F6-C50 in different thicknesses

- Approx. 170m² cement screed CT-F5-C35 in different thicknesses
