Package No. 1Aortic valve for implantation with the use of the minimally invasive TAVI method (implantation via transudular and subclavian route) together with a self-expanding fastening stent - 15 pcs.
As part of package No. 1, the Contractor shall lend a computer with software for assessing the aorta and aortic valve for the duration of the contract.
Package No. 10Tissue glue - 20 pcs.
Package No. 11Vascular patches - 4 product items.
Package No. 2Aortic valves for percutaneous and transbranial implantation with insertion systems - 7 pcs.
Package No. 3Implanted aortic valve - 8 pcs,

Package number 5Pump for supporting the function of the left ventricle 5.0 L (Impella type) - 1 item together with the lease of the pump control unit
Package number 6Brush for cleaning tools - 30 pcs.
Package No. 7Aortic stent valve - 41 items as part of package No. 7 The Contractor will lend 3 sets of scoops to the valves.
