Part I of the order: Receiving and transfer to the development of received municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Żyraków.

Part II of the order: Receiving and transfer to the management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point.

Part III of the order: Ordering and transfer to management of received municipal waste for the installation of recovery or disposal of waste from public utilities

1) receiving municipal waste from properties where residents reside, including:

(a) segregated waste,

(b) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(c) ashes and slags from homemade hearth,

(d) large waste, furniture, used electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres (only from passenger cars) - ad hoc collection with the proviso that the Contractor receives any quantity of municipal waste issued as specified above.

(in accordance with the current Rules of Maintenance of Purity and Order in the Community of Żyraków — Resolution No XXI/232/20 of the Żyraków Municipality Council of 02 December 2020r. (along with subsequent changes)

on Regulations of maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality of Żyraków — Annex to SWZ and Resolution No XIX/215/20 of the Żyraków Municipality Council of 11.09.2020 (as amended) with the amendment of Resolution No. XXI/233/20 of 02.12.2020 (as amended) in determining the detailed manner and scope of provision of services for the receipt of municipal waste from property owners and management of such waste in exchange for municipal waste management fee paid by the owner of the property — Annex to SWZ.

2) receiving waste type expired and superfluous drugs from existing operating stationary points (located at Health Centres in Żyrakow, Straszęcin

and Bobrowa) - in each of the above points there is 1 container type of CONFISKATOR, but the Contracting Authority stipulates that the number of above points and/or containers during the execution of the contract may change (not more than 1 container type of CONFISKATOR and 1 stationary point).

3) Receiving waste type used batteries from points located in educational institutions of Żyraków Municipality (14 objects of Primary Schools and Kindergartens), in the Municipality Office in Żyrakow

and the seat of the Municipal Department of Municipal Economy in Żyrakow — each of the objects has one container.

THE CLEARANCE AND TRANSFER OF RECEIVED MUNICIPAL WASTE TO THE INSTALLATION OF RECOVERY OR DISPOSAL OF WASTE SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HIERARCHY OF WAYS TO HANDLE WASTE referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012.

The subject of the contract shall include organising and conducting the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point from 1 March 2022 (hereinafter referred to as “PSZOK”). In PSZOK harvested

and selectively the household municipal waste will be received: paper, metals, plastics, glass, multi-material packaging waste and biowaste, hazardous waste expired medicines and chemicals, ineligible for medical waste arising in household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and batteries, used electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large waste, used tyres, waste construction and demolition and waste textiles and clothing, ash and slag from homemade hearth - in any quantity.

In return for the fee paid by the resident of the municipality of Żyraków, the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste Collection will accept waste from agricultural activities

from the territory of the Municipality of Żyraków not constituting municipal waste, in any quantity, three times a week

The scope of the contract includes:

(a) cleaning of bus bays and stops indicated in the description of the subject of the contract

within a radius of approx. 10 m from the edge of the stop carport within the specified dates indicated in the specification and in addition if necessary.

b) draining of trash cans with a capacity of 60 and 70 l

(c) draining 80 l bags per declaration of the Ordering Party.

ORDERING AND TRANSFER OF COLLECTED MUNICIPAL WASTE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF RECOVERY OR DISPOSAL OF WASTE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE HIERARCHY OF METHODS OF CONDUCT

The WASTE should take place referred to in Article 17 of the Act of 14 December 2012.
