The object of the contract is the rental supply, for a total period of 12 consecutive months, with a monthly extension option up to a further 12 months in total or with a redemption option, of a prefabricated structure, intended for presumed 290 pupils (about 200 for primary school and around 90 for kindergarten), in addition to its teaching staff, ATA and school meals. The prefabricated school complex, of an area estimated at 1 450.00 square meters, must be set up at least (see attached documents).
