The purpose of the contract is to achieve the best state of conservation of the equipment that makes up the UPSs in accordance with their manufacturing and design conditions, ensuring their optimal operation and guaranteeing the resolution of breakdowns and problems that arise during the stipulated period, the replacement of the parts and components necessary for this, and shall include the travel and labor of the engineer to perform such maintenance.
