The services include the lawful and transparent purchasing of two (2) framework agreements, one (1) framework agreement for each of the clients. The clients wish to outsource the supply, management and maintenance of the multifunctional printers to one (1) party. The framework agreements with this party will come into effect after the signature of the framework agreements by both parties, expected at the beginning of July 2019. The delivery of the multifunctional printers will be carried out in accordance with the Program of Requirements no later than 2 September.

The Agreement to be concluded is entered into for a period of five (5) years, expected to start in mid-July 2019 with the option of one (1) time extension for a period of two (2) years.
