The subject of the contract is the provision of winter maintenance service of provincial roads managed by the West Pomeranian Provincial Roads Board in Koszalin in the area of operation of the Provincial Roads District in Pyrzyce with division into 8 tasks:

Task No 2 — Choszczno

Task No 3 — Barlinek

Task No 4 — Pyrzyce

Task No 5 — Dolice

Task No 6 — Lypians

Task No 7 — Being

Task No 8 — Smolary

1. The task shall include:

Snow removal of the roadway along the entire width as in the Description of the Subject of the Order

Snow removal with slippery removal with salt moistened

Removing slippery slopes with salt moistened

Removing slippery slopes with a mixture of sand and salt

Excavator or loader or backhoe loader work

2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.

(1) The scope of the services consists in the repetition of similar services, the scope of which is consistent with the subject-matter of the basic contract.

2) The scope of services is set at up to the net amount – PLN 389,009.00;

3) The basis for determining the conditions for execution of the like order is the basic contract and negotiations carried out with the contractor.

3. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to employ all persons performing activities covered by the scope of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship, i.e. equipment / vehicle operators (drivers) for each of the tasks. This obligation also applies to Subcontractors – the Contractor is obliged to include in each subcontract appropriate provisions obliging Subcontractors to employ all persons performing the above-mentioned activities on the basis of an employment relationship.
