Comprehensive supply of electricity for the needs of the Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences

1. The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity within 12 months from 01.11.2023 to 31.10.2024, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services via the distribution network belonging to the Distribution System Operator to the collection points of the Institute of Computer Science of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Jana Kazimierza 5, 01-248 Warsaw.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract) and Annex 6 to the SWZ (Draft contract).
