The subject of the order is to perform maintenance level repairs P4 33 electric traction units (ezt) of the EN57 series — modernized according to technical documentation No NS/EN57/900/2002/11 of the EN57AKM series and works beyond the fixed scope of repair at maintenance level P4 and complement of shortcomings.
1. The object of the order is to perform maintenance repairs to the P4 level of 33 EN57 series electric traction units (ezt), upgraded according to technical documentation No NS/EN57/900/2002/11 series EN57AKM.
2. In all the records of the SWZ and its annexes where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, the application of equivalent solutions, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems as indicated in the SWZ and the annexes. Where equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in respect of the subject of the contract.
3. The detailed method of execution of the contract is set out in the Designed provisions of the Agreement, as set out in Annex 8 to the SWZ and in the Annexes to the Designed provisions of the Agreement.
4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor and subcontractor (in case the Contractor entrusts part of the contract to the subcontractor) carry out the order of employees employed under the contract of employment for the activities indicated in § 2 of the Designed contract provisions of Annex No 8 to SWZ. The method of documenting the employment of employees, the Contracting Authority's authority to control compliance with requirements by the Contractor and sanctions for failure to comply with certain requirements are contained in the Designed Agreement provisions of Annex 8 to the SWZ.
5. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to be provided by the Contractor who has an implemented quality management system based on the IRIS standard (ISO/TS 22163) for the maintenance of railway vehicles.
6. If welding works are necessary, the Ordering Party shall require that the Contractor present a certificate and a list of qualified personnel enabling welding in accordance with PN-EN 15085:2.
7. The Contracting Authority shall require for each entire EZT after maintenance repair P4 a quality guarantee for a period of 24 months, from the date of signing the Receipt Protocol of the electrical traction unit concerned.
8. The Contracting Authority requires the fulfillment of the order by 31 December 2023.
9. The Contracting Authority shall require the maintenance level of P4 repairs of each electric traction unit within a period of not more than 55 calendar days, counting from the date of transfer of the electric traction unit for repair.
