The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works related to the construction of the sanitary sewage system as well as the reconstruction and extension of the water supply in Mostki in the commune of Stary Sącz in the scope described in detail in the attached technical documentation and the specification of the essential terms of the contract.
The subject of the contract includes:
1. Task No. 1: Performance of construction works for the task: "Construction of sanitary sewage system in Mostki" based on:
a) Construction project "Construction of sanitary sewage system in Mostki, commune of Stary Sącz" (Annex 8.1) approved by final decision No. 1247/2017 of 23 August 2017, reference number: BUD.6740.946.2017 (Annex No. 8.2) and detailed design (Annex No. 8.3),
b) Technical Specification of Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works (Annex 8.4).
2. Task No. 2: Performance of construction works for the task: "Reconstruction and extension of the water supply system in Mostki" based on:
a) Construction project "Reconstruction and extension of the water supply in Mostki, commune of Stary Sącz" (Annex 8.5) approved by final decision No. 2339/2019 of 15.11.2019, reference number: BUD.6740.2250.2019 (Annex 8.6) and detailed design (Annex No. 8.7),
b) Technical Specification of Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works (Annex 8.8).
As part of each of the tasks listed above, the Contractor is obliged to:
1. Perform all accompanying works related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, including making all arrangements, covering costs and fees related to the implementation of the subject of the contract, as well as performing the necessary studies required during the implementation of the works, in particular the traffic organization design, monthly progress information works, preparation of all documents required by the Co-financing Institution of the Project, of which the subject of the contract is part, such as, e.g. progress of works.
2. Preparation of complete as-built documentation enabling assessment of the correctness of works performance and their quality and obtaining on behalf of and for the Employer an effective notification of the completion of works or the final decision on the permission to use the objects subject to the contract (in accordance with applicable law).
ATTENTION:
The Purchaser informs that the materials provided for the implementation of the subject of the order have been changed. The change of materials in relation to the construction design is described in detail in the detailed designs. The route of the water supply and sanitary sewage system does not change.
