Aid/services in the preparation of environmental expert opinions for the assessment of interventions and environmental impacts. These include nature and species protection assessments, environmental impact assessments, tree assessments and proposals for compensatory and replacement measures.

BIM Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages about 2000 buildings in several properties and carries out construction measures in them. In the various planning and construction projects, considerable interventions in nature and landscape can have to be considered. Then ecological expert opinions are required to assess the interventions and the environmental consequences. For the preservation of an intact cultural and natural landscape, the ecological expert reports also provide for suitable measures to compensate for significant interventions.

When carrying out construction measures, it must also be ensured that the laws on the protection of rare animal species are observed. Not only the animals themselves, but also their habitats are protected. In order to guarantee protection in the case of planned measures, precautions must be taken in good time, such as the creation of new habitats.

By developing high-quality expert opinions and expert opinions, the compensatory and replacement measures carried out are documented and a significant contribution is made to improving the natural balance on BIM properties.

BIM GmbH will determine the framework contract partners on the basis of their cost-effectiveness. The weighted offer price determines the ranking of the bidders. The framework agreement is concluded with the 5 most economical bidders with the offer prices offered in each case. In the event of a tie, the lot decides. The individual retrieval is based on the criteria of § 21 VgV. The details are laid down in the framework contract, which forms part of the procurement documents.
