The Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment aims at further expansion from the current 13 employees to about twice as many. This framework agreement must cover our need for the next 2 years. The framework agreement is intended and shall be used for recruitment of new staff in cases where the current employees resign. The contracting authority shall in this round enter into one (1) framework agreement.
The aim of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for staff recruitment services. The Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment has ambitions. The tenderer is expected to provide staff recruitment services of a high professional quality, based on the prevailing updated practice for the discipline, as well as presenting documentation showing good implementation competence for ensuring the Norwegian Centre for Oil Spill Preparedness and Marine Environment's need for staff recruitment services.
