Supply and delivery of male and female long, extra long and short sleeve under body armour shirts worn by police officers and other uniformed police staff. The shirts will be predominantly white but there may be a requirement for other colours including but not limited to Royal Blue, Navy Blue and Grey for police staff and other specialist teams.

The hybrid shirts are required to provide moisture management properties and to provide comfort to the wearer whilst maintaining a smart formal image with a collar (with a clip on tie being worn) and sleeve.

The shirts must be gender specific.

The shirt will be worn every day and be frequently machine washed. It must be durable and hard wearing but continue to look smart on the wearer for the life of the garment.

This Framework Agreement shall be open to Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk Police Authorities and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes.

The estimated value for this framework agreement is a range of between £130K to £750K. This figure is based upon estimated volumes covering the whole duration of the framework agreement for Norfolk Police Authority, and a possibility of volumes from Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Suffolk Police Authorities.

Beyond Norfolk Police Authority’s purchase requirements there are no further guaranteed volumes. Therefore, under EU Directives, individual call-off orders from this framework agreement will form the contract.
