Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, aims to enter into an agreement for the provision of secretariat services for the control committees on behalf of Bømlo, Stord, Fitjar Kvinnherad and Tysnes municipality. In a neutral and objective manner, the Secretariat shall provide the Control Committees with secretariat services as described in the guide 'Kontrollutvalgsboken' '[the Control Committee Book'] published by Kommunal og moderniseringsdepartementet [the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development].
