The entire residential complex comprises 3 houses, each with 3 floors above ground, and a shared underground car park and basement.
Buildings A and B are identical and each consist of 15 residential units.
House C has only 12 residential units with the same floor space,
This results in a total of 42 residential units.
Each of the 3 houses has its own technical and house connection room in the basement.
The ventilation of the apartments in houses A, B and C is provided by decentralized ventilation devices
(Toilets and bathrooms). The demand-dependent speed control is regulated via the parameters "Air humidity" and / or "Lighting ceiling outlet".
A user-dependent deactivation of the system is not intended.
The fresh air inflow takes place on site via window rebate ventilators. The room doors are shortened on site for air overflow or provided with appropriate overflow grilles.
There are no connections for kitchen extractor hoods in the apartments.
Internal kitchens or kitchens without a directly adjacent window are, however, provided with an exhaust fan (switch).
The electricity consumption of the individual devices in all houses is recorded by the apartment counter.
The one-storey underground car park is ventilated via natural ventilation according to expert reports.
All cellar rooms in the basement are ventilated via a mechanical exhaust system.
Heat recovery is not provided for this. Fresh air is drawn in via outside air vents above the basement windows, which can be closed by means of an electronic shutter.
