KL offers cleaning of their domicile of approx. 12,400 m2 cleaning area. The building is from about the year 2000, is a modern office building, primarily with open office environments and many meeting rooms.
The cleaning is carried out after programmed cleaning as evening cleaning.
In addition to the ordinary cleaning, there is a larger amount of service tasks, e.g. afternoon grooming, waste management, tasks in coffee islands e.g. cleaning of drinking machines and washing dishes. Furthermore, cleaning of convector pits and coolers, scouring of floors in the canteen kitchen, cleaning of gyms with utensils, etc. are carried out. The requirements specification contains an exhaustive task description.
The building is mainly used for administration and meeting activities with a very variable usage load in both office spaces and meeting rooms.
